SF Recruitment are exclusively working on an exciting opportunity to join an SME client, who are an industry leader within their market who operate in over 4 locations across the UK. To support the strategic business & people development plan, they are now recruiting for a standalone HR BP to join their Senior Leadership Team.

This is an operational & strategic focused opportunity, where you will advise and enable employees & line managers on all aspects of HR by delivering an excellent employee experience and customer service to line managers & employees. We are looking for a passionate individual who will be the face of our client's company culture and will promote positive change.

Duties within the role:
- Adjust & improve processes to help the management and accessibility of key analytical data
- Design and communicate activities for ongoing and annual benefits enrolment processes and performance
- Be responsible for HR data management
- Provide outstanding ongoing maintenance of employee data and change workloads internally and externally including TUPE and change management
- Work together with an external provider on L&D
- Manage all end to end recruitment
- Shape & drive a positive working environment/culture
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Influence and build relationships with people around the business
- Work within the senior leadership team to inform the people strategy
