The role itself is a busy Business Admin position with the opportunity to develop a specialist admin skill set in financial services administration. The role will require successful applicants to have excellent written, verbal and numerical skills and be seeking an opportunity to build upon their admin skills and experience. Duties of the post will include;- Service administration tasks to members- To receive training on how to administer member advice and calculations as to their policies held- Draft suitable correspondence to member users and document management to member accounts- Answer phone calls and provide support to service users ( please note this is done in an office environment and not a call centre)- Update and maintain reports in various formats, including Excel- To develop specialist finance/business admin skills eg pensions admin via training delivered by the business and on job training experience- Experience needed - ideally one year+ business admin experience in a recent capacity, the ability to learn new skills and the desire to receive indepth training to obtain new skills for the post, excellent written and verbal communication skills, good numerical skills and data management experience- Financial services administration experience would be ideal but not essential.
