Sales Administrator Chesterfield Site based £25,000Are you an organised and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Elevation Recruitment are currently working with a Manufacturing Business in Chesterfield. The business is looking to expand their team with a Sales Administrator, who will be responsible for processing orders and providing support to both the Sales Team and Customers themselves.

Key duties of the Sales Administrator include:

  • Assist the sales team by processing orders, quotes and returns, managing sales documentation
  • Be the go-to person for customer queries and support, including calls and emails
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, recommending products, advising stock availability and providing order updates
  • Proactively call customers to promote products and create new sales

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Order processing experience
