Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Design & Technology to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Develop and deliver engaging and innovative lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements.
- Assess, mark, and provide constructive feedback on student work, ensuring continuous progress.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Contribute to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
- Support the school in extracurricular activities related to Design & Technology.
Requirements:
- Must hold a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- Proven experience in teaching Design & Technology at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
