Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and effective lessons tailored to students' needs.
- Inspire and support students to develop a love for learning.
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress to ensure academic success.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support students with different learning abilities and needs.
Requirements of a Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting (depending on specialism).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A passion for education, student development, and inspiring young minds.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.
