Your Role
  • Planning Strategy: Shape and execute planning strategies aligned with company goals, staying ahead of policy changes.
  • Site Identification & Assessment: Help uncover and evaluate potential development sites, identifying opportunities and risks before acquisition.
  • Applications & Approvals: Lead the pre-app and application process, working closely with local authorities to ensure timely approvals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with planning authorities, consultants, and communities, leading public consultations to drive support for projects.
  • Landowner Relationships: Keep landowners informed with regular planning updates to maintain strong partnerships.
  • Project Tracking: Oversee milestones, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
What You’ll Bring
  • Extensive experience in UK residential planning.
  • Deep understanding of UK planning policy, sustainability principles, and project management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, diplomatic approach.
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence.
