KS1 Teacher (Full-Time)

Location: North ChesterfieldHours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pmStart Date: November 4th, 2024

We are seeking an experienced KS1 teacher to join our friendly and vibrant primary school located in North Chesterfield. This is a full-time position working within a mixed KS1 class, responsible for all aspects of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full class teaching responsibility, including planning, preparation, and assessment.
  • Delivering high-quality lessons with a focus on phonics.
  • Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
  • Engaging with parents and carers to support pupil progress.
Requirements:
  • Experience in KS1 teaching is essential.
  • Ability to support phonics instruction effectively.
  • Experience in supporting pupils with SEND is highly desirable.
  • This role cannot support an ECT induction
