We are seeking an experienced and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a well-established team at a two-form entry primary school in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to take on a full-time Year 1/2 class teacher role, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons within a supportive environment.
About the Role:- Teaching a Year 1/2 class, covering all aspects of the KS1 curriculum.
- Working alongside a Teaching Assistant to support learning in the classroom.
- Managing behaviour effectively to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborating with a strong and established team of teachers to deliver an engaging curriculum.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching Year 1/2 and a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
- Confident in behaviour management and creating a structured, supportive classroom environment.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
- A well-established and supportive team.
