Your Role:
  • Provide essential support to pupils with diverse special educational needs, ensuring they feel secure and valued.
  • Assist in creating and delivering tailored Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships to engage students in learning.
  • Foster independence, inclusivity, and confidence among pupils.
  • Collaborate with teachers to maintain a positive, effective classroom environment.
