Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: 80-90 per day
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Support students in both individual and group settings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the well-being and progress of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the educational development of students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
