Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Chesterfield, S41
Commutable from: Sheffield, Dronfield, Alfreton, Matlock
Pay Rate: 90 - 110 per day
Contract: Long-term with the option to become permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a primary school? A welcoming primary school in Chesterfield (S41) is seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to support students with their learning and development.

Your Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
Providing individual and small-group support to pupils.
Helping to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
Supporting students with varying needs to ensure they reach their potential.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with primary-aged children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A patient and supportive approach to working with young learners.
Experience in SEN support or behaviour management is a plus.
