Providing Commercial support to the Senior Surveying team, you'll be an asset to moving the repairs and refurbishments within the Social Housing sector forward.
Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Working within the Quantity Surveying team to monitor and analyse the material and subcontractor spending for Social Housing projects.
- Support the Senior team by preparing and reporting the Cost Value Reconciliations, Cost Value Comparison and management accounts.
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally also in the repairs/social housing sector
- Numeracy and organisation skills
- Excel skills - V-Lookup, Pivot Table & Formula Development
- Knowledge of NHF SOR codes - desirable
