The company works on highly specialist projects across the UK and abroad, often winning awards for their innovative and highly technical approach. The role can hybrid or remote for the right person and you will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of JET/NEC with the ability to price and identify project change and compensation.The role:

  • Take commercial responsibility for performance and governance of key ad high profile projects and clients within the business
  • Risk Analysis: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the retrofit projects to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Valuations: Collaborate with project teams to find innovative solutions which enhance project value
  • Maximise monthly valuations and variation valuations, ensuring timely submission and manage assessment and approval processes
  • Develop the commercial and project management teams

The person:

  • Quantity Surveyor, with a background in construction
  • Familiar with all forms of contract e.g. JCT, NEC, ICC, ACE and FIDIC
