Role: Temporary Receptionist
Pay: £12 per hour
Start date/duration: Monday 13/5/24 – 5 holiday cover, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30-4:30 or 9:00-5:00
Location: Chesterfield
Duties within the role:
- Answering the telephone
- Transferring telephone calls
- Taking messages
- Post
- Filing
- Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- General administration duties
The successful candidate:
- Will be available to cover the whole week next week, Monday to Friday
- Will have experience in a customer service, reception and/or administrative role
- Good customer service skills, highly organised and a high attention to detail
