We are looking for Business Development Manager to work alongside our successful new branch. This is an exciting new role with a strong focus on developing new business. 

We are looking for someone to cover both our Chesterfield and Mansfield Offices so you must hold a valid Uk Licence,

The Role
We are looking for a driven, motivated and ambitious individual with proven sales ability to develop our successful Industrial division. You will have joint responsibility for developing new business and developing our current client base building long term business relationships with clients.

• New business development – cold calling and face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients.
• Client relationship management – gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
