Contract Type: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week

Long Term Futures is looking for a qualified Maths Teacher to join a specialist education setting in Chesterfield (S41), working with KS3 and KS4 students who have faced challenges in mainstream education.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons at GCSE and Functional Skills level
- Teach small class sizes (around 10 students per class)
- Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students
- Maintain positive relationships and encourage students to re-engage with education
- Work collaboratively with a small, dedicated team to support student progress
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
- A resilient and adaptable approach with a passion for supporting disengaged learners
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- A full UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)
