The Role:
As a Science Teacher specialising in Biology, your primary focus will be on teaching KS4 students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Biology Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Biology lessons aligned with the KS4 curriculum.
  2. Student Engagement: Inspire a passion for Biology through innovative teaching methods and practical applications.
  3. Assessment and Feedback: Monitor student progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
  4. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect.

Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Science, preferably Biology.
• Experience teaching Biology at KS4 level in a secondary school setting.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A commitment to fostering student achievement and well-being.
