What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Support students in their learning and classroom activities
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Work alongside teaching staff to ensure students reach their full potential
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Experience in coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or similar roles (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Confidence to lead a classroom and support students’ learning
