Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, exceeding manufacturer national averages.
- Monitor and control costs in line with business plans, maintaining quality standards and outstanding customer service.
- Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data, adhering to group standards.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards at all times.
- Promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Oversee colleague performance and ensure the team meets business objectives.
