Field Service Engineer | Monday-Friday | Permanent £38,000 | Company Vehicle & Fuel Card | 40 Hrs Per Week | Midlands CoverageCherry Professional are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for a market leading pharmaceutical company to cover the Midlands. The suitable candidate will have  pharmaceutical analytical laboratory experience working with dissolution and physical testing equipment.Purpose of the role:
  • Provide service delivery support for all customer on analytical laboratory instrumentation
  • Manage and coordinate daily functions
  • Promote and maintain a high quality of service
  • Promote the brand and service capabilities of the company
  • Identify service delivery improvements in conjunction with team leads
What they are looking for:
  • Acts autonomous in the frame of Guidelines and directives
  • A proven track record of cGxP
  • Minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical Analytical Laboratory experience working with dissolution and physical testing equipment
  • Troubleshooting ability
  • Sign according to rule SOP AAW01.04 regarding signatures 
Key details:
  • Perform routine/non routine PM/OQ and PQ
  • Perform equipment troubleshooting and breakdown repairs
  • Support other engineers when required
  • Provide technical support to customer queries
  • Provide a conduit for customers and the teach support team
  • Evaluate incoming fault reports and initiate appropriate measures
  • Support customers by remote troubleshooting if necessary, request support from product specialists
  • Ensure prompt handling of customer complaints
  • Inform Head of Services in case of major deviations and for cases that can’t be handled with current resources
  • Hours between 07:00-19:00
