We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Development Manager on a permanent basis. The role will involve home, site and office working.

Responsibilities of the Development Manager:

  • Discover and progress development of new properties
  • Complete Development appraisals
  • Complete management of development schemes during and post completion
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
  • Manage the Home Ownership office

Essential Requirements of the Development Manager:

  • Previous relevant of working within a Development & Regeneration environment
  • Relevant trade qualification or equivalent
