We are seeking an experienced Full Stack C#/ .Net Web Developer to further develop a range of internal software projects for a innovative engineering company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Developer with knowledge and experience of developing web applications. The role is offered on a 12-month FTC basis with the option of remote or hybrid working from their Head Office in Chesterfield.
Supporting the IT Manager and Systems Analyst you will be involved in a range of projects currently being undertaken to update a number of internal systems and applications, including the implementation of new features into existing .net platforms and migrating older software into newer code technologies. You will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes for both new and existing functionalities, and collaborating with users to implement and enhance software features. The projects will involve development using ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework and HTML, jQuery, and CSS to support user interface improvements.
The ideal candidate will be
Degree educated in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
Previous experience of developing web applications.
Excellent coding and testing skills
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
Confident with front-end technologies e.g. HTML, jQuery, and CSS.
Knowledge of MS Azure platform
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This is a 12 month FTC with a pro rata salary of up to £60,000 and is offered on a remote or hybrid basis.
