As an Primary School SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with SEN needs, including:
- Challenging Behaviour
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Emotional and Social Support Needs

Your role will include:
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students.
- Assisting the class teacher with tailored lesson plans and activities.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with students to foster engagement and learning.
- Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour in a calm and effective manner.
- Promoting a safe and inclusive environment that encourages personal development.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid DBS check that is registered on the Update Service, or the willingness to obtain one.
- The ability to work flexibly in either a full-time or part-time capacity.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Experience working with young children, ideally in an SEN or PRU setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young people.
