Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time in SEN settings across Chesterfield. This is a temp-to-perm role, with the opportunity to transition to a school contract after the probation period.

About the Role
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Chesterfield
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold a valid UK driving license (essential - applications without this will not be considered).
Have experience working with SEN students.
Be available to work 5 days a week.
Demonstrate a caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children with additional needs.
Be confident in managing challenging behaviors and implementing individual support plans.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with Special Educational Needs.
Assist with the delivery of tailored learning programs.
Promote a positive and inclusive environment to help students reach their full potential.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals.
Support students' emotional, social, and academic development.
