The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with secondary students to support their learning and development.

Implement teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding of the relationship between written symbols and sounds.

Use phonics to improve students' literacy skills.

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.

Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
