Location: Chesterfield 2/3 days a week - Hybrid
Salary: 100,000-110,000 + Car Allowance and benefits package.
Summary:
The Director of Fulfilment will be responsible for developing and executing the wider supply chain strategy, delivering improved service to support customer propositions and reduce the overall cost to serve of the network.
Taking responsibility for the development and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing to multichannel delivery operations to improve the efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for leading the Fulfilment Centre and end to end supply chain strategy and identifying areas for improvement.
- Responsible for developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvements are aligned with company goals.
- Accountable for the financial control of improvement projects, together with monitoring and reporting on the progress and impact of initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in multichannel Retail supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of end to end Supply Chain.
- A track record of initiating and delivering supply chain and logistics projects.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes and best practices.
- Experience in working with cross-functional to implement improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use them to lead teams and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
