- Annual Salary: From £50,000 plus uncapped commission

- Conduct damp surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology across Sheffield and the surrounding areas.
- Measure distances, angles, and elevations to establish correct damp treatment areas.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and floorplans for clients.
- Create sales leads, follow up with meetings, and prepare quotations for commercial clients.
- Prepare and submit tenders for damp proofing jobs for large commercial clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards during surveying activities.
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure its accuracy through regular calibration.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and documentation as required.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments with strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor/indoor environments.
- Computer literate with relevant knowledge for preparation of tenders, quotations, and Work Planner use.
- Experience in Timber and Damp Waterproofing.
- Good knowledge of the Damp Proofing Industry.
- A Sales and development background preferably in a similar area.
- Certified Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB, PCA) qualifications.
