We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant based in Chesterfield town centre.
This will be working over the days ofMonday to Friday, between the times of 08:00am and17:30pm, both part time and full time available.
The role will involve:
- Being first point of contact for incoming calls.
- Sourcing candidates and reviewing CVs.
- Registering candidates.
- Completing DVLA licence checks and Right To Work checks.
- Creating candidate CVs and profiles.
- Setting up new starters, ensuring all candidates are compliant.
Previous experience required:
- Microsoft Excel experience.
- Exeperience dealing with high volume incoming calls.
- Data entry.
What we need from you:
- Ability to work with others in an office based environment.
- Be a people person - confidence speaking to people over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work to your own initiative to achieve set targets.
- Punctual and Reliable.
- Having a driving licence is preferable but not essential.
