GI Group are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our clients friendly team on a long-term basis. This role is based in the Chesterfield, Markham Vale, S44 area. Working Hours: Rotation ShiftPlease note - The company requires candidates to wear a hair net for this position. Morning Shift - Monday to Friday 06:00AM - 02:00PM.Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 02:00PM - 10:00PM.Availability for both shifts is required, possible just afternoon shifts available.Job Types: Temporary - PermanentHourly Rate: £11.44 per hour. Overtime available at a higher rate.This company is the largest co-packer in the UK, working with some of the best-known brands to provide cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling and co-manufacturing solutions. This location is on a direct bus route!Duties/Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Packaging light weight products ready for distribution.Product labelling.Flow wrapping.Pouching.Using correct manual handling techniques.Essential Skills Required:Excellent attention to detail.Accuracy in all tasks and measurements, and a high grade of work.Be competent at working alone or as part of a team.Be aware of all company policies and Health and Safety procedures and practices.
