Elevation Recruitment is seeking skilled welders and fabricators for a fabrication business in Chesterfield that serves various industries including Oil & Gas and Petrochemical.
Candidates must have extensive fabrication and welding experience, particularly in MIG and TIG processes, with a focus on heavy fabrications using mild and stainless steel.
The position requires adherence to strict health and safety guidelines and the ability to work from engineering drawings to complete jobs on time.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7am to 4pm and Friday from 7am to 12pm, with a salary range of £15.00 - £16.00 per hour.
Applicants should ideally possess a Level 3 NVQ in Fabricating and Welding or equivalent qualifications, along with the right to work in the UK.

Elevation Recruitments Skilled Shop Floor Team are proud to be working in partnership with a large fabrication business based in Chesterfield, that supply into Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals, Road & Rail, Petrochemical, Architectural and Bespoke design.The facility is facing continued growth, and they are currently looking for individuals with experience of welding and fabrication.

The successful candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and be able to follow health and safety guidelines. Plater

Salary:

£15.00 - £16.00

Skills & Experience:

Fabrication and welding experience (MIG and TIG)
Heavy Fabrications
Mild Steel/Stainless steel
Following strict health and safety guidelines
Working from engineering drawings
Completing jobs in full and on time

The successful candidate:

Extensive experience of fabrication and welding
You’ll also ideally have either an L3 NVQ Fabricating and Welding qualification, a City and Guilds L3 in Fabricating, or an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Fabricating and Welding.
Above all, you’ll know how important safety is, and you must have the right to work in the UK.
