Internal Sales Executive:  Temporary to permanent contract to start ASAP!!!

Location: Birmingham ( B90 )

Hours of Work:   (Apply online only) ( Monday to Thursday ) & (Apply online only) ( Fridays )        

Rate of pay: £11.44 - £12.00 per hour

Main duties & responsibilities:

As an Internal Sales Executive, the ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and be confident and tenacious when making calls to businesses. This role is flexible and can be taken on either a part time or full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Owner/Sales Director, you will be contacting a targeted list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments to further grow our client base.

You will be part of a friendly team of at least 3 other Internal Sales Executives who you will work alongside.

Duties include -

  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow ups.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails.
  • Explaining our services and how we can add value to other businesses.
  • Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
  • Researching for new leads.
  • Keeping up to date with competitor offers and services.

Skills & experience required:

  • Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls.
  • Able to achieve a dial target of approx. 20 calls per hour.
  • Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies such as MD, FD, HRD. Marketing Director
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Work well within a team and as an individual
  • Live within a commutable distance to B90
