An exciting opportunity has opened up for an administrator to join a leading national investment management company at their London office. The role involves delivering administrative support to managers and directors while providing exceptional services to a portfolio of high-net-worth families and trust structures.

Responsibilities of the Investment Administrator include:

  • Scanning, filing, and distributing incoming mail.
  • Managing diaries and emails for Managers/Directors.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense requests.
  • Managing charitable grant requests and maintaining the grants database.
  • Attending client meetings and taking minutes.
  • Scanning and filing company documents within CCH systems.
  • Entering data into CCH.
  • Completing internal forms for new clients and closures.
  • Maintaining safe records.

Requirements for the Investment Administrator:

  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional time management abilities.
  • Consistently maintains high accuracy and attention to detail, even under pressure.
  • Minimum of A Levels or equivalent qualifications (Diploma, HNC, HND, etc.).
  • Prior experience in high-volume administration within a regulated environment, such as financial services, accountancy, legal, or banking.
  • Proficient in IT with strong skills in MS Office applications; experience with CCH is an advantage.
