Our client, an established architectural practice in Chichester, West Sussex, is seeking a talented Architect with ARB/RIBA Part III qualifications.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, education, and commercial projects within a reputable firm.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Revit or AutoCAD.
The position includes responsibilities such as managing projects from inception to completion and mentoring small teams.
The competitive salary for this role ranges from £40,000 to £52,000, along with additional benefits such as a contributory pension and flexible working.

Our client, an established architectural practice, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their expanding team based in Chichester. You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that has an excellent reputation in the area as well as the opportunity to work on various residential, education and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Architect to work on within a busy architectural practice with excellent training and progression opportunities.

We are specifically seeking experienced Architects that want to be in a client facing role, and people who are keen to mentor small teams and deliver a first class client experience.

Responsibilities:

Highly Proficient in either Revit or AutoCAD
Work collaboratively as well as independently at times
Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
Interpret briefs, work to deadlines and be adaptable whilst working to strict deadlines / budgets
Dealing with clients, and a proactive team player with a collaborative mindset
Manage and delivering projects from inception to completion
Run projects and manage project teams
Work on a variety of exciting Education and Residential projects Project Architect

Requirements:

ARB Registered Architect
Good knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD
Project Management skills
Ideally experience across a range of sectors
Live within a commutable distance of Chichester
Good knowledge of all RIBA Stages
