Part II Architectural Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Chichester. My client is currently looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team working primarily on High-End Residential projects as well as some Commercial and Leisure projects. Projects range from smaller scale 400,000 contract values up to larger scale (phone number removed) schemes. Our client work across all RIBA Stages and would be able to offer a great platform for mentorship for Part III studies. This is a Revit using practice, however training can be provided to the right candidate.

• Working on a range of High-End Residential, Commercial and Leisure projects
• Work across all RIBA Stages
• Using AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and SkecthUP on a regular basis
• Liaise with construction professionals
• Analyse and create detailed drawings and specifications
• Supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines

• Living within a commutable distance of Chichester
• Masters Degree in Architecture
• Experience as a Part I or Part II Architectural Assistant
• Excellent knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit - Revit training can be provided
• Able to deliver exciting schemes to high-end clients
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
