We are currently recruiting for a Project Architect to join a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Chichester. My client is currently looking for a Project Architect to join their team working primarily on High-End Residential projects as well as some Commercial and Leisure projects. Projects range from smaller scale £400,000 contract values up to larger scale £15,000,000 schemes. Our client require someone with strong experience across all RIBA Stages. This is a Revit using practice, however training can be provided to the right candidate.
Project Architect Job Overview- Working on a range of High-End Residential, Commercial and Leisure projects
- Work across all RIBA Stages
- Using AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and SkecthUP on a regular basis
- Liaise with construction professionals
- Analyse and create detailed drawings and specifications
- Visiting proposed locations and building sites
- Supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines
- Go to site to ensure clients expectations are met
- Living within a commutable distance of Chichester
- ARB / RIBA Qualified Architect
- Excellent knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit - Revit training can be provided
- Confident running projects
- Able to deliver exciting schemes to high-end clients
- Experience within high-end Residential developments (advantageous)
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
