You will need proven experience in Revit/BIM and a keen eye for detail.   • Oversee all design work and ensure it is at the highest standard
  • Lead and motivate a small team
  • Preparing concept schemes from client brief
  • Developing new and sustaining relationships
  • Business development and winning work, supporting new business opportunities to include bid writing and drawing packages, presentations to clients and project stakeholders
  • Design and develop projects
  • You will have excellent design skills and have a portfolio to demonstrate this
  • Experience leading and managing a small team
  • UK based experience and ARB / RIBA qualified Architect
  • Revit proficiency is essential
