Pay Mechanism: Direct Pay Mechanism
Pay Rates: £16 - £18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine histopathology laboratory duties with a focus on:
- Microtomy sectioning (standard, mega, singles, and levels)
- Routine H&E staining using Leica Spectra
- Support other laboratory functions as required
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Histology or Cellular Pathology
- Experience in histopathology techniques, particularly microtomy and staining
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills
