Customer Account Analyst required for growing Central Chichester based Company.

We are looking for a confident, analytical and motivated person to join an amazing company in Central Chichester. The position of Customer Account Analyst is a very detailed, busy, analytical and customer focused role; working with large amounts of data and a variety of key customers.

An office-based position working with a lovely bunch of people. Informal culture with a high level of professionalism. Impressive client base and a company who are looking to invest long-term in their new recruit.

  • Salary £24,000 DOE  plus annual bonus of £2,000 p.a.

 Responsibilities For Customer Account Analyst:

  • Validating the data inputted for each of your clients
  • Analysing this data to ensure that it is correct, assessing whether there are any anomalies, trying to ascertain if there is any way the company can assist the client in money-saving opportunities
  • Liaising with clients in terms of their data/billing information
  • Produce reports for clients as per their cycle requirements
  • Close liaison with Account Managers of your client base
  • Liaison with technicians/technical team regarding client analysis findings that may require further investigation

Candidate requirements for the Customer Account Analyst:

  • Exceptional IT skills especially excel and working with large amounts of data
  • Excellent numeracy
  • An aptitude for, and an enjoyment of analysis
  • Experience of using Excel (and the aptitude to upskill)
  • Able to follow process
  • Highly organised and accurate
