We are delighted to be assisting a family-owned luxury boutique hotel set in a charming coastal village in West Sussex. They are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join their award-winning culinary team.

With a 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant and several other food outlets, all served from the hotels exceptional kitchen, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and grow in a supportive environment.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as a Chef De Partie

  • £29,952 per annum plus circa £3,600 service charge
  • Live-in accommodation available (20 to 25-minute walk from the hotel) £390 per month, including all bills, internet, and TV licence
  • Working 48 hours per week

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie

  • Preparing and presenting a variety of dishes to be served across multiple dining outlets
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and team to ensure a seamless kitchen operation
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Bringing creativity and passion to every service

This is a permanent position starting in early January. Were looking for someone with similar experience who is eager to develop their career in a professional yet friendly environment.
