What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing one of four kitchen sections, taking instructions from the Head Chef or Senior Chief. A passion for culinary excellence will need to be a key part of your ethos to thrive in this kitchen. Ensuring the workplace is clean and tidy while also working collaboratively and efficiently to provide a smooth service. Furthermore, as Chef de Partie while working with the junior chefs, it is expected for you to share and pass on your skills, knowledge and expertise with the junior chefs.
