We are actively seeking a permanent CDP to join our team starting in early January.
The annual salary is £29,952.00, based on a 48-hour work week.
The position involves a combination of straight and split shifts.
The role will take place in our main hotel restaurant, a fine dining establishment with 2 AA Rosettes, as well as a brasserie and two cafes located in the village,all serviced by the hotel kitchen.
Live-in accommodation is available in our staff house,which is a 20 to 25-minute walk from the hotel.
The accommodation rate is £390.00 per month, including all bills, internet, and TV license.
We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is eager to advance and collaborate within a friendly team.
Requirements:
- Someone with a genuine love for cooking and an appreciation for using only the finest fresh ingredients and ideally experience working in a Rosette level kitchen
- A positive attitude and friendly nature are crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere for both colleagues and guests.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to thrive in our close-knit team and to ensure seamless operations.
- The team is small and collaborative, ideal for those who thrive in a close and supportive working environment.
- Candidates should have held long-term positions with previous employers, as we are not seeking individuals who frequently change jobs every year.
