Brigade Size: 3 chefs per shift
The ideal Head Chef will have a strong background in managing kitchen operations, delivering a menu of classic, well-executed dishes, and leading a small but dedicated team. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent organisation, and the ability to balance freshly made and bought-in menu items to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

- A competent, hands-on Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to step up
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate a small brigade
- Excellent understanding of fresh food preparation, stock control, and compliance
- Experience managing high-volume service, with a focus on consistency and quality
- A Head Chef with strong organisational skills and a calm, professional temperament
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and light administrative duties
