What You'll Do

This full-time, hybrid role will see you working from both our Chichester office and remotely on occasion. You'll play a key role in generating new leads, providing outstanding customer service and support, and driving sales through effective communication.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, and excellent communication (written & verbal).
• A track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• The ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.
• Prior telemarketing experience is a must.
