Job Outline:
- Servicing/Remedial work carried out on water treatment plants, pumping stations. Troubleshooting electrical systems including motors/pumps/panels.
- Safely isolating electrical equipment, testing and diagnosing faults.
- Ensure the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always worn both onsite and in the workshop.
- Uphold company core values and safety culture in all tasks.
- Receive onsite work assignments from Project Managers, review, sign, and adhere to risk assessments, method statements, and safe working procedures.
- Follow relevant qualifications and maintain up-to-date approved/certified training to perform tasks safely and competently.
- Comply with client-specific working practices, site rules, and health and safety documentation while onsite.
- When handling hazardous materials, refer to the company’s COSHH data sheets for guidance on proper use and safety precautions, both onsite and in the workshop.
- Receive and execute workshop tasks from the Project Managers in accordance with safe working procedures.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Project Managers.

- Provided with a shared vehicle, which can be taken home at the end of the working day. This will also need to be utilised to drop off/collect colleagues.
- Relevant water or similar industry experience
- Recognised Apprenticeship/C&G/NVQ - (Electrical/Electronic Engineering).
- 18th Edition (preferred)
- Mechanical qualifications or competency would be advantageous.
- Full clean driving licence
- Confined space and First Aid desired.
