The Role:

Working on Tendering and pricing of works valued from £200k up to £15m
Prepare tender packages
Work closely with subcontractors for procurement
Site visits where necessary
Cost planning
Value Engineering where required
Working with the client to produce competitve cost plans / tenders for the project delivery

This well established and respected contractor is looking for:

Previous experience as a Estimator within the construction industry (My client would consider any background Eg Main Contractor, Developer or subcontractor)
Negotiation skills
Team Player
Self starter and organisational skills
