Reporting directly into the Sales Manager, this individual will join the expanding trade sales department (4 staff) in a varied role of pivotal importance to the team. Role overview:

  • Support the sales team with general administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming account or sales enquiries via phone and email for new and existing customers. Logging all information via our CRM system Hubspot
  • Liaise with internal departments and logistics to ensure timely delivery for orders
  • Answer customer queries in relation to 3000 + products
  • Create sales pipelines on chosen industries for the sales team to contact
  • Go the extra mile to ensure the department runs efficiently and customers have a smooth experience

About you:

  • You have excellent communication skills (telephone, email and face to face) and are confident communicating with external customers
  • You have good numerical skills and are highly organised
  • You’re highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office

The ideal candidate will also have existing B2B sales experience - administration or sales generation focused. My client is open to this being from an office or retail type background.
