Our client is a very successful and well established regional operating across the South Coast areas. Due to organic growth they are searching for an experienced Civils Estimator to join their commercial team.



The ideal candidate will be an experienced Estimator with a strong background in Groundworks and Civil Engineering. The company offer a competitive basic salary with pension, private health, company car / allowance and generous bonus scheme.

Typical projects include the Groundwork / Foundations for new build commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will come from a Civil Engineering background, either working with residential new build sites or large commercial/industrial builds.



Role:

• Groundworks experience.
• Relevant qualifications in relation to Estimating or Quanitity Surveying (Preferrably a degree).
• Commercial management of projects.
• Monthly valuation preparation.
• Cost control of projects.
• Procurement & placement of bespoke material costs.
• Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers.
• Extensive knowledge of groundworks, ideally with residential experience.
• A background with groundworks subcontractors would be highly desired.
