Hyde is looking to recruit a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager at Hyde, you will be working within the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods team to oversee and deliver the playground revitalisation project. You will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all required standards, while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining all phases from initiation to completion.• Monitor and ensure all projects adhere to quality control procedures and meet deadlines and standards.• Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently, including staffing, equipment, and materials.• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and ensure programme compliance with internal processes.• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing customer expectations and fostering relationships.• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in project management, particularly in community development projects.• Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.• Project management qualification is desirable.
