RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2+ PQE, WEST SUSSEX, SALARY UP TO £35 - 45,000 (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the growing residential property team of this Lexcel accredited firm. Job ref:The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations. • The firm are open to considering qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, CLC, and Senior Paralegals with a strong level of experience in conveyancing matters.• You will be expected to manage and oversee your own caseload, as well as develop close relationships with client and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire process.• The firm are considering candidates that have excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations.
