Customer Service Executive70% customer support & 30% Purchasing & Stock allocationSalary: Up to £25,000 P/A + fantastic benefits!Location: Chichester, West Sussex- this is fully office based )Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PMDynamite Recruitment are looking for an experienced Purchasing/Customer Service Assistant to join a successful brand. As aCustomer Service Executive  you will beresponsible for offering excellent standards of Customer Service, handling customer queries and updates. This is a varied role, also including supply chain and purchasing responsibilities, ensuring stock meets the needs of customers. You will also handle ad hoc administration and support senior staff. Key responsibilities: 
  • Handle inbound queries via telephone, live chat, post and email. 
  • Updating customers and third parties when facing delays. 
  • Chasing outstanding purchase orders and invoices. 
  • Cover specialist departments when required. 
  • Work closely with the Accounts Team, regarding supplier invoicing. 
  • Provide customers with updates on their orders.
  • Ad hoc administration. 
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge. 
  • processing orders , returns and exchanges
  • Liaising with suppliers, regarding stock levels and purchasing. 
  • Coordinate bookings/appointments via the in-house system. 
Ideally, you will/be:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service position 
  • Any experience in stock control or purchasing would be be an advantage but can be taught
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and IT skills. 
  • Self-organised and able to adapt per workloads.
  • Offer excellent customer service skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
