- Handle inbound queries via telephone, live chat, post and email.Â
- Updating customers and third parties when facing delays.Â
- Chasing outstanding purchase orders and invoices.Â
- Cover specialist departments when required.Â
- Work closely with the Accounts Team, regarding supplier invoicing.Â
- Provide customers with updates on their orders.
- Ad hoc administration.Â
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.Â

- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service positionÂ
- Any experience in stock control or purchasing would be be an advantage but can be taught
- Proficient Microsoft Office and IT skills.Â
- Self-organised and able to adapt per workloads.
- Offer excellent customer service skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Â
